It was a perfect night to check out the highly anticipated Burton film: Burton 13. The weather was starting to get brisk, everyone brought chairs and beverages and it was a nice chill crowd. The Burton movie is big mountain snow porn all the way featuring some of the world’s best riders like Mikkel Bang, Danny Davis, Mark Sollors, John Jackson, Terje Haakonsen, Mikey Rencz, Jeremy Jones, Jussi Oksanen, Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss. My only complaint about the film is all the riders make it look so damn easy! When I left I was like “Why am I not jumping over 20 foot rails and bouncing off the walls of my old highschool? I literally thought I could do everything they did after watching it and it’s not because they do weak tricks – they are doing insane stuff, it’s just the fact that they land almost every trick perfectly and effortlessly. Luckily it will be a few months before I hit the slopes so hopefully I gain some sense before I try half the stuff these dudes did. If you get a chance to check it Burton 13 out we highly recommend it!
