Holiday Snowboard Gift Guide by Kerry

Well, at some point I knew it would be my turn. Here’s my take on some awesome Christmas or Hanukkah gifts for the snowboarder in your life.

Dakine Micro Lock I just picked one of these up on Sunday and it is awesome. The way I look at it is this. No one should own a snowboard or even rent one without a lock. One butthead can ruin your month when your $800 setup disappears while you eat a $10 burger.

Jeremy Jones Further Blue Ray DVD This video is sick. You need a good video to inspire you or just hold you over while you are working…

Dakine Cobra Glove The first thing that always goes cold is your fingers and the last thing you want to do is go home because your little pinky is cold. These gloves are warm, durable, waterproof, and stylish.

Spy Platoon Goggles Goggles are just as important as boots. If it is snowing or sunny you will regret not having goggles. They keep your eyes dry, reduce glare, and give you killer tan lines!

Nomis True Denim Shell Pant These snowboard pants are sick! Wear them to the mall and people are like “DAYUM, that’s some fresh denim son!” and then you get on the slopes and you jib past all the out-of-towners who scotch guard their Levi’s!

Burton Andy Warhol Parka This coat is nice and the fur reminds me of Andy Warhol’s hair!

Backcountry Access Float 30 Avalanche Airbag I don’t even snowboard the backcountry, however, I still want this bag. I just want to deploy those balloons everywhere. Second I walk into the house party the balloons come out! I jump into the deep end of the pool, don;t feel like swimming…balloons! Flight attendant shows fake life jacket on plane, I show real life jacket on plane. This bag is awesome.
