What do you think the proper reaction to a kid skateboarding in the street is? Well, the L.A.P.D. reaction was to have 4 police officers tackle a kid while one repeatedly punched the kid in the face. Even though many bystanders asked for the police to take it easy and stop, they kept going and luckily the cameras were running.
