Specifically engineered for the smallest riders, these boots cut down on hassle and maximize fun, helping kids get in and out quickly and stay warm and supported all day long, whether they’re at the bunny hill in Brighton or cruising the mellow runs at Park City.
The Norris boots feature a Kid’s BOA® Fit System, which is a single-dial, reel-activated speed lace system that allows for quick, easy, and uniform closure. This means kids can often tighten their own boots without adult help, giving them independence and reducing valuable slope time spent struggling with laces.
Inside, the boots are built with In2grated™ Construction, a Ride innovation that creates the lightest weight and shortest length performance boots on the market. The liner is factory-molded inside the shell, providing an efficient “net fit” that reduces pack out and enhances overall comfort. The Intuition™ Plush Foam Liner (often used in the Norris) offers a medium-density foam for a plush feel and all-day warmth. Internal J Bars provide superior ankle and heel hold, crucial for stability and control as young riders develop their skills.
To accommodate growing feet and extend the life of the boots, the Die Cut EVA Insole often includes size shims, allowing for up to one full size of boot growth. Underfoot, the Track Lite phylon sole provides lightweight cushioning and excellent traction on snow and ice. With a soft flex rating (typically around 2 out of 10), the Norris is forgiving and easy to maneuver, making it the ideal performance boot for younger riders just starting their snowboarding journey.
