Salty Peaks is proud to bring you Bones Brigade: An Autobiography, the latest film by pro-skater/director Stacy Peralta. We’ve posted about this film a few times before and honestly, it is at least as good as Dogtown and Z-Boys and arguably better! The film shows the rise of the Bones Brigade and offers real insight into each member of the team. I don’t want to tell you too much about the movie except that it is a must see for any skater or honestly, anyone who is interested in documentaries. I began my skate-life with these guys, going to see them in parking lot demos and slapping up their stickers on my old trash can and ramps. My wife on the other hand never skated a day in her life and she still talks about what a great movie this is. Keep your eyes open for the Rodney Mullen & Lance Mountain parts and Tony Hawk had some time as well that opens up his head. Plus, any time you have a chance to see a film with a crowd full of like-minded fans you have to go. So tickets are on sale right now at Brewvies for Wednesday, October 24, at 10pm. This event will sell out because this is the only showing of this film in Utah – Bones Brigade: An Autobiography is a direct to DVD/download release so don’t miss this opportunity. Also, if you want to buy a package deal you can get the ticket + HD digital download for $30 or a ticket + Blu-Ray DVD for $40. Hope to see you there!
