The Guinness Book of World Records is funny some times. There are records being set that you didn’t even know were a thing, but then you hear what someone achieved and you are like, daaammmmnnnn. Brendon Davis is responsible for one such record. He recently broke the stationary manual record of 7 minutes like it was no big D. Brendon’s record for his stationary manual is 19 minutes and 39.56 seconds! That’s pretty crazy when you think about it. I have a hard time doing anything for 19 minutes if you know what I’m saying!
