Thabang Diholo is a 16-year-old paraplegic in South Africa who chose to ride a skateboard around town instead of a wheelchair. I found a video online showing Thabang whose mom works all day, making his lunch and cruising around town with his friends on his skateboard. Yesterday he attended the King of the Fort Gravity Race and the good people of the SA Gravity Racing association hooked him up with some new gear which he obviously needed if you see his board in video. It’s good to see some skaters hooking up a fellow skater.
