The 686 Standard Pant is a dependable and affordable shell pant engineered to provide all the essential features you need for a day on the mountain. Positioned as a “workhorse” of the 686 outerwear line, this pant is a perfect choice for riders who prioritize performance and value.

The pants are built with 686’s proprietary infiDRY® fabric, offering a reliable waterproof and breathable rating of 5,000mm / 5,000gm (with some models featuring a 10K rating). This is complemented by a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish and critically taped seams to keep moisture out during snowy conditions. For temperature control, the Air-Flo™ inner leg vents allow you to dump heat when hiking or riding hard.

The fit is a modern cut that provides ample room for layering while maintaining a streamlined look. It is worth noting that some customers have reported that the sizing can run large, so sizing down may be recommended for a more tailored fit.

Designed to withstand the rigors of snowboarding, the Standard Pant features a 500D Cordura® Horseshoe Hem for enhanced durability and to prevent fraying from boot scuffs.
