With a fully CNC machined construction from aircraft grade aluminum, you get a truck that is perfectly shaped to precisely fit together, eliminating slop and other unwanted movements. The axles are perfectly straight and are threaded into an extremely strong and lightweight hangar; this eliminates the worry of bending over time, which sacrifices grip and slide characteristics. A 50 degree baseplate was chosen for a highly agile and quick turning setup, but because of Aera's tight tolerances and great inherent stability, even the 50 degree option performs extremely well for downhill freeride skating.
