The key to the Gloss’s versatility lies in its C2e contour. This innovative hybrid profile features rocker between the feet, providing effortless float in softer snow and making turn initiation smooth and catch-free. Underneath your bindings, elliptical camber zones extend towards the tips and tails. This camber delivers the reliable edge hold you need for carving Utah’s varied terrain, along with the pop and stability necessary for launching off jumps and stomping landings in the park.
GNU’s legendary Magne-Traction® edges are another standout feature. These strategically placed serrations along the edges act like a serrated knife, digging into the snow to provide exceptional grip and control, even on icy patches that can be common in our early and late seasons.
Built with GNU’s G1 Eco Construction, the Gloss features a lightweight and poppy Aspen/Paulownia I Core, sourced from FSC-certified wood. This lively core is sandwiched between Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax fiberglass laminates, adding strength and torsional stiffness for responsive control. The Eco-Sublimated Co-Ex Base is fast, durable, and easy to maintain, ensuring you spend more time riding and less time waxing. Durable UHMW Sidewalls add to the board’s impact resistance.
