The 2024 Ruler utilizes Burton’s Dual-Zone BOA® Fit System with Coiler™ Technology, powered by virtually indestructible, American-made New England Ropes. Two independent BOA dials allow you to micro-adjust upper cuff tightness and forefoot security separately on the fly, allowing you to loosen the top for park tweakability or crank both down for high-speed carve stability. Built around Burton’s Total Comfort Construction, the Ruler provides a broken-in feel straight out of the box so you can skip the painful break-in process.
Inside, the heat-moldable Imprint™ 2 Liner features low-profile 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation to keep your feet warm in deep winter conditions without adding unnecessary bulk. The integrated Lock-Up Cuff wraps around your ankle to pull your heel back into the pocket, eliminating lift and maximizing edge-to-edge response. Down below, the EST® Optimized Midsole lowers your center of gravity for improved board feel, while B3 Gel Cushioning and Sleeping Bag Reflective Foil work in unison to dampen harsh landing vibrations and bounce thermal energy right back to your toes.
