Showcase the beautiful top veneer wood grain or colored ply stains of your setup while repping skate history with the Powell Peralta Ripper Peeker Clear Skateboard Grip Tape. Printed by Skate One in Santa Barbara, California, this premium sheet features the legendary “Ripper” graphic hidden within a transparent canvas. Originally illustrated by Vernon Courtlandt Johnson (VCJ) in 1983 as a dealer window sticker, the iconic skeleton makes a striking “peeker” appearance, giving your board a clean look without blocking the deck’s top aesthetics.

Engineered for wide boards, old-school reissues, and modern shaped decks, this sheet comes in an extra-wide 10.5″ x 33″ dimension to prevent any edge-coverage gaps. It is constructed using premium, clear silicon carbide mineral grit, which delivers a highly consistent, sharp, and medium-coarse traction that holds your shoes firmly locked in place during technical street flips or high-speed bowl carves. Backed by a specialized, weather-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive, this tape ensures a permanent, bubble-free bond to the deck surface that will not peel, chip, or lift over time.
