Utilizing the space within the shell, Koroyd is placed throughout the entire helmet to keep things light and breathable but also reduce impacts up to 30%. The MIPS liner also reduces the likelyhood of a concussion when taking torsional or rolling impacts by allowing the shell to shift around your head. Smith works directly with BOA for a custom fit for anyone and everyone. When it gets too warm or two cold, there are two, twelve vent sections in the shell that can be adjusted with a push of a button.
