The Forged Hollow trucks from Independent are pretty much the way to go if you want the strongest, lightest truck out there. Other companies boast lighter, but with a huge sacrifice in the strength department (not to mention the bank account too!), so don't bother with anything but the best! The baseplate is what's forged on this set of trucks, so you aren't giving up the feel of the grind just to get a little weight savings.
