It’s been another stellar week for the Salty Peaks Snowboard Team, but this week I have to hand it to the groms! Skyler Ordean and Hunter Goulet mopped up the competition in the King of the Wasatch this week like biscuits & gravy. Anyways, Let’s get straight to the action!
Skyler Ordean won the Prince of the Wasatch at the King of the Wasatch competition last week. Here are Skyler’s most recent results…
• Gold-Halfpipe PCMR’s “King of the Wasatch” February 28th.
• Gold-Slopestyle PCMR’s “King of the Wasatch” March 2nd.
• Gold-Halfpipe PCMR’s “King of the Wasatch” March 3rd.
• Crowned “The Prince of the Wasatch” on March 3rd.
On top of that Skyler won 2 Golds in Slopestyle in Idaho during February 23rd and 24th! This kid is gonna need a vault for all that gold!
Next up we got Hunter Goulet! Hunter took home 6 golds and 2 silvers at the King of the Wasatch last week in his category. This kid shreds crazy hard and he isn’t even a teenager yet!
Now we head over to the Montana backcountry to catch up with Mark Rainery. Mark’s been putting in work for his Vimeo channel so CHECK IT OUT! Here are a few shots from this week!

Finally, we had a quick check in with superstar Shannan Yates, who is currently in Fieberbrunn, Austria for the Freeride World Tour. The competition was postponed today due to terrible snow conditions but they hope to be up and running asap. We know Shannan will do amazing as usual!
