Salty Peaks Weeks in Valdez, AK

Salty Peaks Snowboard Shop has partnered with ASG, Alaska Snowboard Guides, in Valdez, AK to offer our amazing customers the chance to experience the best heli-boarding Alaska has to offer with a guide service that caters to snowboarders!

The Salty Peaks Weeks are either March 14th – 21st, or March 28th – April 4th, and right now Valdez has amazing conditions! Of the 6 fly-able days [Sun. – Sat.], you get 24 heli runs total, which you can spread out over 4 days with 6 runs per day, or 3 days with 8 runs per day. ASG has access to four different refueling areas as well as a mobile fuel truck, so they can get to areas other heil ski operators won’t go or can’t go to get the epic runs in!

Here’s all the nitty gritty details:

• Trip weeks are Sat. March 14th to Sat. March 21st OR March 28th – April 4th
• Four hours of personal flight time for ultimate weather flexibility (about 24+/- runs over seven days, but you can buy more runs if you want)
• All safety gear is provided (radio, beacon, airbag backpack, shovel, probe and harness)
• Lib Tech demo boards like the Birdman and Skunk Ape are available to ride
• Fly 3 days with 8 runs a day or 4 days with 6 runs per day
• Deluxe accommodations at the Chugach Suites! You stay in a 500 sq. ft. condo with kitchenette and living room in Valdez
• Complimentary sit down breakfast every day and lunch served on fly days
• Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Valdez airport and to and from the heli on fly days
• Only 4 groups of four per week so total of 16 riders max riding 4 at a drop
