Salty Peaks is looking for a sales guy or gal to join our team for the upcoming winter season. At this time we are only seeking individuals with prior retail experience, preferably in the boardsports industry. We require strong technical knowledge of snowboards, and it’s a big plus if you know about skateboards as well. You must be comfortable working with customers to help them pick out the right gear and set up complete packages. Hours and wage are dependent on experience. Position#2) Online Customer Service
Saltypeaks.com is now hiring for a customer service representative. The primary duties for this position involve customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Other duties may include web content production, shipping, and floor sales. To apply for this position, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service experience. We also require technical knowledge of skateboards and snowboards.
