This documentary looks EPIC! How is it that this footage is just lying around and 30+ years later it surfaces in film form? It makes me wonder what else is out there waiting to be seen! The Signal Hill Speed Run was this crazy downhill skateboard race that happened from 1975-1978. The event began because the Guinness Book of World Records wanted a crazy tv show and this is what they got. Skaters showed up and did their best with most of them not making it to the bottom of the hill…this is late 70’s tech, you know. There’s an old article about it here and I was wondering if any of you have seen this doc or know where to see it? I can’t find the info anywhere…
