Re-Tales is a series that Yobeat puts out from time to time in which Jim O’Leary, a vet in the snowboard game, gives us some insight into the wet n’ wild world of retail. Some articles are really spot on and offer great words of wisdom, and others are just very entertaining rants about things you have to deal with in a shred shop. The reason I’m posting this, however, is that the latest edition about local shops selling online hit home with me, seeing as I pretty much live online here at Salty Peaks. He’s also written articles about shopping locally, which is something we feel very strongly about, as I have mentioned from time to time here on the ol’ blog.
So take some time and give these a good read. You’re bound to learn a thing or two, or at least be entertained on the web by something more than the latest cat video. Cheers.
