With the 23/24 season coming to a close here in Utah, it doesn’t mean that you’re all out of options. Most of all Utah resorts have actually closed already, but fret not, here’s a list with some in and out of state resorts still open.
Snow Bird: Snow Bird is the only resort on the list keeping its normal operations until June 18th. While other resorts are doing spring specialty passes to get into some surfy slush Snowbird will remain open to all their season pass holders.
Brighton: Brighton’s normal operations have already come to a close, although May 3rd through the 19th Brighton’s Crest 6 will be open for the Meltdown.
Mt. Hood: Mt. Hood’s regular operations are over, but fear not Mt. Hood has two more set dates for slush surfing those being May 10th-12th and May 17th-18th.
Mt. Bachelor: Mt. Bachelor will still be running regular operations until May 26th 2024.
Timberline Lodge Mt. Hood: Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood will be under regular operations till May 27th. Summer operations will kick off soon after and typically Timberline lodge is open till August if conditions allow.
Mammoth Mountain: Mammoth Mountain will be open and running under normal operations up until May 27th.
Loveland: Normal operations until May 12th.
Breckenridge: Normal operations until May 21st.
Arapahoe Basin: Arapahoe Basin currently has no closing date, according to them its ride till there is nothing, but dirt left on the ground.
Whistler Blackcomb: Whistler will run under normal operations up until May 20th.
Ski Big 3: Ski Big 3 will close on May 20th as well.
If you want to ride, call your friends, grab the drop top, and speed of to the sunset. Snowboarding is awesome anytime of the year.
