After riding during the snurfer era, Bob Novak worked for burton in the mid 80s making many of the wooden boards we’ve come to love, like the 82/83 blue powdergun and performers. His expertise in building boards lead him to be one of the most prolific producers of reproduction Burton snowboards. With all the experience making boards, and learning the production techniques he turned his talent towards producing the Novak Snurfboard. This board is made of a thick translucent plexiglass (with metal fins) to enhance the speed and durability, and while the construction alone makes it a collectors item, this board is an amazing piece to have in your collection or to shred the gnar!
